  • You need to be FrontDoor verified in order to apply for certain CyberGrants, including Walmart
  • Walmart Grants – tips:
    • Apply online through Front Door verified account
    • You can apply to multiple Walmart stores, but target those in your servicing areas
    • Make request for a specific program that comes around annually at the same time
    • Recommended target asking range: $250-$1500

Gulfstream

  • Accepts Applications between April-July 31 of every year for funding during the 1QY of the next calendar year
  • Submit grant requests online at gulfstreamgiving.com
  • Supports areas of arts/culture, education, health/human services, environmental/sustainability

International Paper

The Justin J. Watt Foundation

  • Deadline Sept 1, 2023
  • Grant Program: Uniform and Equipment Grant for 6th-8th graders (where over 60% of students are eligible for free/reduced lunch)
  • Grant size: varies

Kirby Smart Family Foundation

  • Open Grant Applications in January
  • Grant Programs: Need to align with their mission, To be champions in our community by supporting and giving back to needy children and families facing adversity.

Weave a Dream

  • Make a user account with neighborly – Weave a Dream is funded through the city of Savannah.
  • Local art grants
    • Due date – rolling/funds permitted/ due by Oct 1 and must be used by end of December
    • Up to 5K and 1:1 match (but will allow our match to be 60% cash 40% inkind) – budget form that does all of the calculations – part of the online application
      • So $3500 them and $3500 you
      • Or $3500 them; $2300 you with $1200 in-kind donations
