Access-MHA, provides CORE mental health services to include Psychiatric, Nursing, Therapy, Para/Case Management services to individuals 5 years old and above. These services are provided in the individuals homes and community.

Behavioral Health Link

Georgia Crisis & Access Line (GCAL), linking callers with trained professionals who provide the most appropriate linkage to care for mental health crises, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse crises. This free service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-715-4225. Mobile Crisis Response Services Team can be dispatched to the location of the person to assess for services, de-escalate and connect to a mental health provider.

Child Advocacy Services SEGA, Inc

Child Advocacy Services SEGA is the sponsoring agency for CASA Ogeechee and Ogeechee Visitation Centers. Both organizations serve children who experience Foster Care due to abuse or neglect in the counties of Bulloch, Screven, Jenkins, and Effingham. CASA Ogeechee trains community volunteers to speak up for the best interest of children in foster care as the seek permanency. The Ogeechee Visitation Center has two locations, Bulloch and Effingham, where children can visit safely in a home-like atmosphere while in foster care.

Coastal Harbor Health System

Inpatient behavioral health treatment – adult crisis stabilization and medically supervised detox, youth and adolescent crisis stabilization (4 – 17) and residential treatment (7 – 17) – as well as outpatient programs for adults (Partial Hospitalization and Intense Outpatient) and adolescents (Intense Outpatient).

Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD)

DBHDD provides treatment and support services to people with mental health challenges and substance use disorders, and assists individuals who live with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DBHDD also houses Georgia’s NOW & Comp waivers.

Gateway Behavioral Health Services

Family Support services individuals 3 and up, living in GA that have been diagnosed with a developmental disability who are living at home, with their family. Developmental disabilities include, but are not limited to: Developmental Disability, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Severe Chronic Disability. The Family Support Coordinator will work with your family to develop an Individualized Family Support Service Plan.

MedBank Foundation

We primarily assist patients with getting free prescriptions medications through programs called Patient Assistance Programs. We also connect them to other programs such as discount programs for generic medicines and free eye glasses.

Mediation Center of the Coastal Empire, Inc.

The Mediation Center provides conflict prevention and resolution education and services to individuals, workplaces and all other entities. We help citizens create paperwork for divorce, modification, contempt, name change actions in any county in Georgia. We provide alternatives to litigation for youth and adults.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), Georgia

We support victims of drunk and drugged driving and their families. We provide resources, emotional support and legal advocacy, etc.

The New Breath Counseling Center, Inc

We specialize in Marriage/ Couple’s Counseling and Sex Therapy for adults. We provide pre-marital counseling, grief counseling, self-esteem, stress management. We specialize in sexual dysfunctions, which also include Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Diabetes, MS and sexuality.

Rape Crisis Center of the Coastal Empire

The Mission of the Rape Crisis Center is to provide resources and advocacy to victims of rape and sexual assault, and prevention education to youth and adults. Services include crisis response advocacy, 24 hr crisis line, individual counseling, survivor support group, and presentations for K-adult that address bullying, body safety healthy relationships, and Internet safety.

We provide mental health and substance abuse treatment to adolescents 12-17, adults, and seniors. SSBTS offers inpatient crisis stabilization services, as well as intensive outpatient services (IOP) for adults.
