Behavioral Health Link

Georgia Crisis & Access Line (GCAL), linking callers with trained professionals who provide the most appropriate linkage to care for mental health crises, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse crises. This free service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-715-4225. Child Advocacy Services SEGA, Inc

Child Advocacy Services SEGA is the sponsoring agency for CASA Ogeechee and Ogeechee Visitation Centers. Both organizations serve children who experience Foster Care due to abuse or neglect in the counties of Bulloch, Screven, Jenkins, and Effingham. CASA Ogeechee trains community volunteers to speak up for the best interest of children in foster care as the seek permanency. The Ogeechee Visitation Center has two locations, Bulloch and Effingham, where children can visit safely in a home-like atmosphere while in foster care.
